My beloved sister, Katie passed away Sunday night, June 22nd. We are more sad than I can adequately put into words.

Because of the process involved in cremation, we do not yet have a date for the funeral mass. I will post here when I know more.

Katie was an officer when I came to Chi Omega Sorority in Lincoln, Ne as their housemom 13 years ago this fall. She was such a charming, sweet, welcoming, enthusiastic young women and I loved her dearly. I am so sorry to hear that she has gone.
I am deeply sadden by the loss of Katie. She was always kind, intelligent, ambitious, and full of energy. She always had a smile and was willing to help others. My thoughts are with Matt and little Andrew.
I knew Katie in college and I still remember her constant smile. Katie was such an amazing light. I always remember Katie reflecting pure kindness and joy. She was a woman of amazing character. Prayers for an amazing woman that left a great legacy.
